   Walsall 1 Diamonds 6
A game of two halfs realy, Diamonds impressive in the first racing to a 5 - 0 lead, with the first being goal of the game when Charlotte Jarvis  hit a pile driver across the goal into the far top left corner. The other goals came from Julia Kings 3 and Elizabeth Palmer with Jarvis adding another in the second half after Walsall had deserviedly pulled a goal back.

With the strong wind doing its best to destroy Diamonds usual passing game they still rattled up another high score, Julia Kings 5, Danni Oxley 4, Elizabeth Palmer 2, Megan Davey 2, Charrlotte Jarvis and Libby Dunne the scorers.
  Silverdale 1 Diamonds 16
With top playing bottom the score was not unexpected but credit to the home side who worked hard throughout and got a well deserved reward, Diamonds goals came from; Danni Oxley 6, Megan Davey 5, Elizabeth Palmer 2, Charlotte Jarvis, Kelly Craythorne & Libby Dunne.
    Diamonds 4 Stafford 0
First things first Stafford`s work ethic and spirit were outstanding today as was their keeper and they deservidly went in at half time with the score at 0 - 0. Diamonds were asked at half time to keep their football a bit simpler. Gradually the pressure built and when a free kick from Charlotte Jarvis came down off the bar Julia Kings reacted quickly to head home. Jarvis soon made it 2 - 0 and Kings fired home from a tight angle for the 3rd. Winger Libby Dunne curled one in from the corner of the box to complete the scoring.
At the back Mae Murphy and keeper Anna Hill are the rocks but its been good this season to see defenders Kelly Craythorne, Chloe Dobson and Sian Davey developing, improving not only their defending but also their passing and vision when in possesion. Thanks to all the girls its been great watching the football this year!

    Walsall 0 Lichfield Diamonds 10
Diamonds were a goal up within a minute as Julia kings headed home, deflated straight away the home side never recovered as Kings took her tally to 4, Elizabeth Palmer & Megan Davey hit 2 each with Charlotte Jarvis and Libby Dunne also on the score sheet. Midway through the second half Walsall did get through on goal but keeper Anna Hill pulled off a fantastic save to push the ball over the bar and deny Walsall even a consolation.
   Diamonds 10 Walsall 1
What a superb team performance this was, the one and two touch passing belied the girls age, the crossing and finishing outstanding. The pick of the goals were a header from Megan Davey, a piledriver from Charlotte Jarvis that nearly took the net out, a volley on the run from Julia kings from a pinpoint Jarvis cross and another piledriver from Dani Oxley that nearly took the keeper in with it. Up front Elizabeth Palmer although not on the score sheet was the link between the midfield and attack, alaways available, holding the ball up and bringing teammates into the game. Walsall who are a much improved side must wonder what hit them and the keeper although conceding double figures mde some fantastic saves. The game ended with Kings bagging 4 goals, Oxley 3, Jarvis 2, Davey 1, player of the match went to Elizabeth Palmer.
   Stafford Town 0 Diamonds 8
A strange game where neither side were aware of what rules (Laws) were being played too, still both teams rose above such a trivial matter to produce a good spectacle of football.
A stunning shot from Danni Oxley flew into the top corner to break the deadlock, Staffords goal keeper and defence worked hard to keep themselves in the game and it was to there credit that the score was kept to 0 - 3 at the break. The City girls stepped up the pace even more in the second half and the football on show was outstanding, Oxley went on to complete her hatrick directly from a corner, Julia Kings also hit three, Charlotte Jarvis powered in free kick and Megan Davey also scored directly from a corner.
   Diamonds 16 Silverdale 0
Against an inexperienced but spirited Silverdale team Diamonds took the opportunity to move a few players round, even keeper Anna Hill had a run out on the left wing and netted twice. Other scorers were J Kings 6, Elizabeth palmer 3, Charlotte Jarvis 2, Libby Dunne with her first goal for Diamonds with Mae Murphy and Danni Oxley the other scorers.
  Diamonds U12 4 Hednesford United 1
With both teams making an unbeaten start to the season it was set to be an interesting encounter, Diamonds with top scorer Julia Kings missing knew they would have to defend well and to they did apart from one lapse in the first half which resulted in the visiters taking the lead when allowed to win a ball in midfield too easily, keeper Anna Hill dived to her right and although she got her fingers to the ball she couldnt keep it out. Fortunately the lead was short lived as Diamonds equalised when Charlotte Jarvis scored directly from a corner. A well organised defence dealt with a series of Hednesford corners and gradualy as the half went on Diamonds began to take control, shots from Dannielle Oxley and Jarvis went narrowly wide, Megan Davey should have put Diamonds in front when through on goal but hit her shot straight at the keeper.
The second half saw Diamonds step up another gear as their ball rentention, quality passing and movement and Elizabeth Palmer up front held the ball up well bringing midfield players into the game as the pressure began to build. Jarvis, who was outstanding throughout in all areas of the pitch, put Oxley clear to sidefoot past the advancing keeper, minutes later Oxley increased the lead when her low shot appeared to go between the keepers legs. Hednesford were then given a way back into the game, poor decision making at the back when a ball should just have been headed away ended with a needless penalty being given away. But cometh the hour cometh the man (sorry girl) step forward keeper Anna Hill who dived low to her right to push the well taken spot kick around the post. With Diamonds next attack it was game over as Megan Davey reacted quickly to a loose ball inside the box to prod home. The City side with job done then shut up shop, birthday girl Chloe Dobson, Kelly Craythorne and the ever dependable Mae Murphy just closed the game down. A number of contenders for player of the match this week as Diamonds put in a powerfull second half but Jarvis realy was outstanding. A mention to the referee who allowed the girls a drinks break midway through each half on an unbelivably hot October day.
  Stafford Town 0 Diamonds 3
A great firt half saw Diamonds dominate, Natalia Edwrds opening the scoring early on, quickly followed by goals from Megan Davey and a blistering shot from Captin Charlotte Jarvis. Mention must go to Staffords keeper who kept the score down throughtout the game with some great saves as Diamonds dominated.
Lots of changes for the second half disrupted Diamonds flow but with the game won its important to look at players in differant positions, Mae Murphy at the back kept things u
   Brownhills 0 Diamonds 9
Another dominationg display from Diamonds and another clean sheet, Natalia Edwards again opened the scoring with a clinical left foot finish, with Elizabeth Palmer and Megan Davey combining well down the right it was Julia Kings who took advatage of their great balls into the box with a first half hatrick. Captain Charlotte Jarvis stepped forward to take a free kick which she curled into the top corner from 25 yards to make it 5 - 0 at the change.
Again Diamonds took the opportunity to switch positions and players around for the second half, further goals coming from, Edwards, Jarvis, Kings and Elizabeth Palmer with Sian Davey, Chloe Dobson and Mae Murphy looked solid at the back throughout.
    Diamonds U12 8 Walsall 2
After a bright opening from Diamonds it was Walsall who took the lead with their first forray into Diamonds half after some poor defending. Still normal service was soon resumed with goals coming from all over the pitch, Julia Kings hit 4, Charlotte Jarvis, Natalia Edwards, Megan Davey and Elizabeth Palmer were also on the score sheet. Mae Murphy at the back was again outstanding at the back not just in her winning the ball but in her distibution. Walsall were first and last on the score sheet as they grabbed a late consolation.
